Another short and sweet update!

What Did I Work on This Month?

The Bear quilt that I posted a block of last month is finished and in the queue for quilting!!

The quilt alongs are still on hold as I decided to jump head-first into another project that may turn out to be my favorite - ever!! It uses Kona’s Color of the Year from 2017, Pink Flamingo. I grabbed about 11 yards of it when it came out for one project, but decided to repurpose it for this one. It is totally worth it! This entire project is from my stash and I love that I had EVERYTHING I need to make this adorable quilt! (With the exception of backing, but I never count that.)

This quilt is so vibrant and every time I work on it I love it more!!

Once this project is finished, I plan to jump back into those quilt alongs.
