Disclaimer: This is my least favorite part of quilting - when problems occur! Please know that every effort is made to ensure a high-quality outcome. However, longarm quilting machines, sewing machines, and computer robotics systems are mechanical devices. Despite careful maintenance, mechanical problems may occur and cause damage to your quilt top and/or back.

A note about pieced backs or “reversible quilts”: Lining up a pieced back and a pieced top is challenging due to the way the quilt rolls up on the longarm and is quilted from top to bottom. Think of rolling a magazine and how the pages shift. There are tools and tricks I use to achieve the best finish possible, but variance is expected. As well, depending on the type of pieced back, your quilt top may be placed optically centered on the back and it may or may not be equivalent to the mathematical center, especially if there is variance in the size of the pieces that make up the back.

Shipping and insurance: You are welcome to insure your quilt. Once it leaves my hands, I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
